  6. ​ @anacc3257  No. They haven't. They started with old stock and introduce new weapons and ammunition, only as its needed. This has nothing to do with Russia 'running low' on anything, its about building and strengthening alliances because NATO keeps expanding and surrounding everyone. Everyone is sick of it and are tired of waiting around for their turn. People still haven't learned anything about how Russia operates.

  9. Its a symbolic deal to formalize relations. Its cheaper and faster for Russia to buy ammunition than to make it. Thats all it means about ammunition supply. NK has it, so Russia gets something for the strategic aid its giving them. And people better know thats exactly what its about. Just like NATO trying to move into Ukraine.
