  11.  @slaiggmeron2847  Train who ? The systems they want are what we call 'high intelligence' systems. Meaning that while you can technically train a chimp to fire it, the retention of that training require above average individual intelligence with an extensive multidisciplinary background in military systems, tactics, techniques and procedures, including BDA and RSTA. The training cycle for these systems in the US military is basically continuous.
