  1. Well, an unlimited range loitering cruise missile would be the definition of a 'gamechanger'. But, not for Ukraine, which they can already strike at will. And considering how little they know about it, assuming it had even minor stealth capability, they could launch them now and have them close to targets for attack anytime the future, with no warning.
