  1. And of course we still believe the no damage/only civilians narrative. The 'experimental' aspect of this missile, was the payload, which was not 'inert', rather kinetic. It used six clusters of six kinetic penetrators(likely tungsten slugs) against an underground structure. The target effect is via velocity, not chemical explosive. like a tactical meteor strike.
