  3. Its speed is dependent upon trajectory and maneuver profile. In a minimal maneuver, high altitude, supersonic air launch, it can reach mach 8, with evasive capability. What limits its tactical capability, is the accuracy required for a conventional warhead. Carrying a nuclear payload, where accuracy is measured in km, not meters, it can attack at maximum velocity and maneuver all the way to the target and is thus likely to be practically unstoppable.
