  1. When did this happen? As of yesterday they were still sending reinforcements. It could've been to assist a retrograde, but last I heard they putting more troops in. I find it astonishing that everyone fell for Wagner's ruse. For months, they're claiming victory on a daily basis, despite little advance. Then, as they start making substantial gains and Kiev starts preparing for a retrograde out of Bakhmut, Wagner publicly announces that they're out of bullets and their men are broken. Just like that, Ukraine is pulling more men from Donetsk for Bakhmut.
