  4.  @secretname4190  I can say without question, that Im more expert than this clown, because A) Ive been right 99.9% of the time and B) Im a US Army ISR and BDA specialist and this is blatantly an IED. A large IED that split a bridge span in half and the concussion ruptured and ignited railcars on the elevated railway C) the ATACMS unitary warhead is ~200lb HE in a heavy penetrating/fragmenting case; its the same warhead used in the AGM84E which Ive personally assessed in the field. This yield was substantially higher than 200lb. There are no inventory weapons in-theatre that are capable of this effect and any missile would've been detected by every RADAR in the area. The scorching on the road surface and ignition of the elevated railcars tells the whole story, no matter who tries to spin it or how. Someone made a conscious decision to detonate a large and indiscriminate bomb, at that location, at that time, when non-combatants were in the target area. Its terrorism and theres no other way to spin it.
