  13. Western materiel is entering, at about a half dozen or so, entry points and Ukraine is transporting by dozens of routes in small shipments. Russia is cutting off all the rapid transport routes and forcing Ukraine to funnel through the middle of the country, which makes shipments easier to predict and target and delays what gets through, until its no longer useful. Don't buy into the propaganda about Russian incompetence, its predicated upon a completely false narrative that Russia is trying to conquer and occupy the country.
