  2. We know it was an attack on civilian infrastructure that killed Ukrainian civilians. Right? But, the important thing is Ukraine is winning now and the ~25k casualties, ~150 destroyed tanks, ~1200 destroyed armored vehicles and zero gains, while Russia has advanced and begun their own offensive, doesn't count anymore. There was zero tactical value in this. Its merely an attempt to provoke Russia into mining the Black Sea, in hopes that it will drag someone else into the war.

  3. They're trying to provoke Russia into mining the sea and hopefully attack some civilian vessel in the wrong place. Since literally day one, Ukraine's first order strategic objective, has been to pull others into the war.
