  1.  @Kodiaksaint  Yes, because he pulled a weapon he didn't have the will to use and got stalked down like a scared kid. Among other things, you wouldn't just walk backwards like that, with a latte in your hand. This guy does it with a gun. If the cops hadn't rescued him, he would've gotten stabbed or stumbled and shot a bystander, or any number of things. He did everything wrong. That gun comes out of the holster, knife guy better have a hole in him, before he realizes whats happening. If you're justified to shoot someone, no warning is necessary. If you're not justified, no warning will excuse you.

  8. This happens all the time. I know 3 people, myself, from three different wars, who had the same issue. My uncle was denied various benefits for 'Agent Orange' exposure, from when he loaded the tanks onto the planes in Vietnam, because his paperwork didnt show his deployment; despite base personnel records placing him at Bien Hoa. His benefits finally cleared, a year after he died of lung cancer.
