And every time someone thinks theyre about to beat it, the M16 gets an upgrade and blows everything else away, again. Everyone bitches about it and wants to replace it, but no one has been able to complete the triangle to beat it - price/weight/performance. A common off the rack, civilian AR will outperform most of the worlds GI assault rifles.
