  1. +E Rid No basically about it. He 'redesigned' an unregistered SBR - Ignorance of the law is no excuse. And while im not sure of statutes, he committed state crimes and possibly Federal crimes, in the attempt to destroy a firearm. The only statement he made, is that current firearms laws and regulations are not adequately enforced.

  3. +Turbo2Pete That's what I suspect, is that he was in a bind with it and chose to get some virtue signal value out of it. Ive head of people in California and other places destroying ARs because its cheaper to get rid of them and get a new compliant one, than deal with the red tape to keep it. Dont know if its true, but I know Id rather slag one than turn it in for whatever reason.
