  1. This is the first time I actually understood what is the Rust borrow checker. My intuition is that its a mechanism that forces you to write safe code but at a much lower level. Kind of similar to how TypeScript forces you to write type safe code. Now I just need an excuse to learn it further. But being in web land I doubt I'll have it soon.
