  1. I know this will likely get shot down considering the backlash it has received, but the fact that there are people in the Rust foundation who thinks this is a good direction is very concerning. Its not the proposal that matters, its the idea and I can bet it will keep coming back in one form or the other until there people with an agenda in the foundation.
