  2.  @esmanurbugday2010  No it doesn't work, by chopping your hand you wouldn't truly be touching your elbow, Because when you cut off your hand all the sensory connections of your hand to your brain would also be cut so you may be able to "touch" your right elbow with your right hand, But you will not "feel" it in your brain.
