  1. To be honest, its a self feeding vicious cycle. People post about their lives on social media to get some validation and feel relevant, people whose lives probably aren't going all too well start to take a shit on them because self-projection, the same people post more videos to validate themselves further. It just never ends. The best way is to get off of social media or disconnect it from your personal life.
