Me: driving without helmet Gets ticket for rs 1000 This guy kills 2 people, drives unregistered vehicle, driving under influence of alcohol, probably not even wearing seatbelt, driving without license, overspeeding. Gets bail in 15 hours with no charges. This country is rotten to the core. I don't think there is any hope left for common citizen.
