Yes you can also be the biggest shareholder with any % of the shares less than <51% depending on how they're spread out but it doesn't guarantee that someone could acquire more shares than you and overrule your decisions. That's why 51% is the lowest number of preferred shares.

  29.  @vanzed7539  The whole point is to create a utility wrapper hook for when you don't need dependencies (aka empty array) and strictly use the said wrapper because there maybe cases where you could forget passing the deps array and the effect runs on each render. When you need deps you'll obviously have to use the vanilla useEffect

Backend is not the place where you want too many abstractions, if something is not working then good luck with debugging because there is so much stuff hidden away its impossible know whats broken. This also feels like a nightmare to scale, if you misconfigure one thing you may end up DDOSing yourself. I still think React Query is the peak of innovation when it comes to managing server state on the client side.

Both App store and Play Store are cancer, especially for indie and small devs. Also I don't agree with "Don't attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity" malice and stupidity are not mutually exclusive. Google can definitely be stupid and malicious.
