@-Meric- What they "showed" was clearly fabricated, they just put up the blog to look good. I think of all companies Google would know that majority of people would just skim the video and be blown away to not bother looking at details. Its scummy marketing at its finest.

@adam7802 Comparing the xz exploit to any AI-aided exploit is ridiculous. From a pure technical standpoint it was an example of true human ingenuity. If AI can pull off even a fraction of that then the world would already be f'd before we would realize.

The idea that AIs will completely replace humans some day becomes very questionable when you consider the simple fact that the information they give you may not be accurate and would still need to be double checked by guess who, a human.

This is such an insightful video, it sucks that it won't get the traction it deserves because every site just pedals short form content these days. I hate that the software industry is becoming the same as the video game industry when it comes to fake demos, I mean just look at the state of video game industry, if false advertising doesn't stop the software industry will be the same in future. Worst part is that Cognition Labs already secured funding through their disingenuous demo, so for them their high level goal has probably shifted to making profits for the stakeholders instead of making actually useful software.

@bryankruman I don't think that's negativity. What the other guy mentioned is true. I used to watch him a lot but he turned into an entertainment guy which sucks because he has a lot of experience which makes him a good person to learn from.
