  4. Its baffling to me that there is no protocol, you're just at the whim of a random idiot with the power to say yes or no. Worst part is you can't even appeal if you think you've been dealt with wrongly. In this case its just eSports, but I bet in the past this has ruined peoples lives. Its clear to me now why illegal immigration to US is a much more preferable option for some.
