  4. Except frameworks tend to loop back on their evolution cycle. This is why Next feels like PHP, signals existed way before (knockoutjs ring a bell?) but modern frameworks put them in spotlight recently. Its like frameworks are trying to evolve into something different but they converge onto what has already been proven to work.
