  2. Kyle is being railroaded by his attorneys. Listen to Viva Frei’s conversation with Robert Barnes from last night where Barnes outlines how the team he put together for Kyle’s defense was summarily dismissed with no notice and no explanation before jury selection began.

  3.  @angelaconner3131  I’m not putting any money on the judge. He seems to be adhering to procedure, but he could also just be covering his own ass. I no longer have any faith in the judicial system, at any level.

  6.  @angelaconner3131  It seems to me that Barnes was blindsided by his own conviction that Kyle was innocent and walked into a set-up. I’m afraid this isn’t going to end well.

  8.  @SecondClassCitizen  He speaks daily on multiple websites, making his positions known as clearly as he can within the confides of whatever case he’s speaking on. He’s setting himself up to be used, and Kyle’s lawyers did exactly that. I’m frankly surprised he hasn’t been able to put those pieces together yet. Remember, in this case he wasn’t retained by Kyle or his family, he was retained by the lawyers “representing” Kyle, who used him to raise money for the defense, and dropped him like a hot potato once the donations cleared.
