  3. Holy Roman Empire are technically German empire and relative cheap to run. They rule the world during reign of Charles V. Cheap or expensive is just only how centralized you want them to be. HRE is not a centralized empire.

From the beginning the Goebles diary and vampire economy indicate they have to invade USSR because famine. And one of the last video about they confused why Britain declare war. Germany never plan for WW2 and the war started because bad decision after bad decision. If they do they will stock more oil.

  7.  @justintabatabai8063  No oil pilling. So everything are just reaction to situation. Victor Davis Hanson tell us WW@ is a collection of border war that spiraling out of control. BTW not only oil but Germany also dont have enough reservist. When they invade USSR they only have 400.000 reserve which expended in a month. Or just look at their tank/aircraft production.

It just political act which turn into reality because circumstances like his autarky and failed harvest. They even have disagreement on where to attack to the point they have to pick three targets Leningrad, Moscow and Stalingrad. And proven to be their greatest undoing. He was tricked by his generals to attack east because they said its possible.
