  6.  @WilliamLawrence7  Why not adding Asia in to the list? because if you do you will debunk your own argument. Scientific/Technology/Economic advancement have nothing to do with skin color. You need to have Christian value, Love Banking (white people used to hate banking btw) and liberal law. Even if you managed to create country 100% white you will be at 3rd world level if you don't have those three.

  7.  @Odin197188  Nah, I doubt any civilization will survive if they conduct eugenic. Also I believe human live in a society so nurture is more important than nature. China is one fine example, they are high IQ people, higher than white. but they live in society which conduct eugenic (one child policy, 10k execution per year). Nobody want to live there, all their smart people are fleeing from the country, and their economy was held hostage by US.
