  3. yea that is his last and strongest point. If everyone want you disintegrate, you will disintegrate. They will give money to political parties, arm rebels, or send peacekeeping force to help you with the cleanup.

  5.  @kloschuessel773  Im sure if you give enough time nations will disintegrate or reintegrate. Different era require different mindset. Also his point is if external power want that nation to disintegrate it will disintegrate.
