  2. Yes, healthy dialog is a rare treasure - where everyone suspends their convictions about the Truth of what they already know along with their previously held agenda of "how it is." It's true that "Facts" have become "opinion." Nobody wants you to cite proof - Confirmation Bias RULES all conversations these days. I've learned to tell stories - which contain the reasoning of why I came to the conclusions and can contain seemingly divergent facts as well as emotional issues. People most commonly make decisions from emotion rather than fact, actually.
