  2. I love Mel’s personality she’s so strong and holds herself so well. She articulated herself so well throughout the video. I relate to her with the exercise part and how it gives me a release. I always start my day with a workout and that keeps me more motivated throughout the day

  3. lol i saw a clip of this and knew this was going to be hard to watch. i think the women articulated themselves well and provided statistics (which are referenced in the description of the video). bravo ladies for holding ur ground !! <3
