  1. i sent this video my best friend:) she has seasonal depression and depression on top of that. since all university campuses are closed rn, she cant go outside as much and we're in Canada where the winter days are extremely long and dark. she told me she's gonna go invest in a happy lamp!! her university had one and that's where she use to go for her study sessions but now she cant for obvious reasons. thanks ana <3
