@jessehunter362 heh Yea, I know. Honestly, I was just ribbing them by turning around what they'd said 😋
<I'll spare folks & hide fluid talk behind "Read More">
But yea, I was indeed aware that the cells behind snot, saliva, seminal and vaginal fluid production all being more of less the same.
Although I can't remember where I had seen it, nor am I able to turn up anything searching Google... but there was a news article recently that had mentioned something to the effect of how the cells which form lining of the mouth and vaginal cavity were found to be identical (unrelated to mucus production, that is). Which at first blush might seem weird, but... makes sense, really... After all, both have to deal with being moist for the person's entire life, in addition to the environment having a fluctuating pH.
So, to bring this full circle and on topic......
Life, in all its many forms.... sure can be freaking strange and surprising! 😋

It isn't aliens, or military science experiments on the population, but not everything wild or bizarre has to have some sinister reasoning behind it.
I personally like this idea, as it seems the most logical AND sane!
Which, the military experiment does sound just as plausible, I think by '94, an oversight committees would have put the kibosh on conducting it.
However, there could easily have been one that would have been completely unrelated, where this was an unforseen outcome of it.
This could have been a rain experiment. My initial thinking was perhaps it had been the water absorbent gel like what's in diapers and menstrual pads. I have no idea how fine a particulate those can be turned into, but they are dry and thereby could easily be as 'buoyant' in the airstream as dust is. Which the fact that fish and frog eggs have stayed aloft, lends credence to... well, both a man-made water absorbent material and the 'biomass' hypothesis. Franky, that the eggs even CAN remain in the clouds for any period of time, just blows my mind! 🤯
(makes me curious as to the science behind it and what the maximum mass could reach, while still being suspended and travel any distance before being precipitated; I seem to also recall this occurring with whole fish and/or frogs, not just eggs...)
