ââ @BalboBiggins-le1nl Nuclear Weapons use their highly refined [see: "weapons grade"] fissil material to create an explosion of immense size.
Nuclear Power Plants, for starters, do not use weapons grade material.
Therefore, what they said it's 100% correct: a nuclear power plant is NOT a "nuclear weapon", and at worst it's a "dirty bomb".
A "dirty bomb" being any weapon that uses radioactive material, whose explosion is to DISPERSE said material across a very large area, blanketing it in radioactive particles. (ideally, these would be donated high above ground, to facilitate dispersal)
It's perfectly ok to not know about things and ask questions...
It's not ok when you don't know about things, and then say incorrect things with confidence, as though you're right...

edit: here's an analogy for you... think of it like alcohol...
Alcohol with a very high 'proof' (the '%', or ABV; 200 proof = 100% alcohol) is very flammable, and can even be used as fuel (ie: Ethanol). High Proof alcohol is therefore like Weapons Grade fissil material.
However, the vast majority of alcohol on the market is NOT high proof. They contain alot of water and sugars in them, and as such, isn't flammable. Most alcohol sold is therefore like Nuclear Fuel Rods and incapable of being used in an engine as an alternative fuel. (trying to run your vehicle on these will 'Hydrolock' your engine; even something quite flammable like Vodka isn't smart).
