@JeepGirl941 I've heard that it's a cultural thing, moreso than here in "The West", to not show any sign of weakness.
However, I also believe that their mob-run style of government is exacerbating matters. None of the underlings want to deliver bad news, since that would make them seem weak and incompetent, but also because their kleptocractic system would result in them no longer getting a slice of the pie. (assuming they're still alive, after taking at their duties)
So I think everything is a mix of lies and false bravado, where Puddin Pants is being fed half truths that actually make him think they are doing well, but even on those where he IS told the truth and knows they're losing, he still won't back down...
That's just my take, though.
I could be completely wrong! 🤷♂️☺️
But I do think he was fed a healing plate of 🐂💩 by his underlings before the start of this war, as to me that would explain why he would actually claim they're doing this due to there being "notseas" and that Ukrainians are pleading to be saved.
(I have to "obfuscate" some words, because the YT automoderation system has it in for me and certain words trigger it to remove my comments 😑 Even still, there's a high chance this will get removed, so we'll see!)
