There was less than 170 missiles (80% being ballistic, the rest cruise), with the remaining ordinance being drones.
So whether that 7 figure is literally missiles, or just ordinance in total that hit, could be higher or lower than 2.1%.
But also, is important to factor in exactly WHAT was hit. It's easy to tell where a ballistic missile will hit, and Israel might've opted to let certain ones land, prioritizing other ones that would've hit important targets.
I heard that some that landed in the airbase, apparently hit the runway, which was shown to have repair work finishing up that very morning after. (at least, repaired enough, to be operational again)
