  1. I've only been really paying attention to the modern 5th gens on the last 10 years, so their design hasn't become old-hat yet for me... That being said, the F-22 very much like like a 5th gen bird to me, but the YF-23 looks 6th gen in my opinion! I wouldn't mind a video that similarly collected and touched on the various passed-over designs in all the previous generations as well, be it Air Force OR Navy candidates! As I'm sure there's quite a few I've not heard about, such as the one McDonnell-Douglas that was mentioned!
