Yea, I've seen that claim as well lol I had no idea that borders had the divine power to prevent SAMs from entering your airspace and taking out aircraft. 🤯 But yea, I'm honestly not sure why they bothered spamming that, as if it magically disproved claims of downed aircraft. Boggles the mind.

@Gh0st_-3 Given we're ALL operating on assumptions of who downed what, and where, I'm going to ignore the majority of what you said and just reply to your egregious oversight of: "Why would SAM lock onto targets that are not in their airspace?" When you're at war, or when both sides have attacked each other, it doesn't matter whose airspace the attacking jets are in because you're in combat and that no longer matters. It's a threat, and the longer it's in the she, the higher the chance become that it'll hurt you in some way; therefore, you take it out even when it's in their airspace. Analogy: If someone is shooting at you from across the street, from their own yard, you fire back! At that point it doesn't matter WHOSE property they're, you are in danger and so you protect yourself.

Well, unsurprisingly autoKaren removed my reply, so for everyone else I said some things to invoke her ire, but it culminated in me being onboard with the sweater idea because it'd "tickle off" more people than are already "tickled" 😁

@Gh0st_-3 I don't give a crap about EITHER SIDE. I have zero bias. Zero knowledge about their systems and capabilities (like SAM range). All I'm doing is pointing out that whose airspace the aircraft were in was a horrible counter argument. 😉 Good luck in your endeavors.

@Mike-e7z Are YOU that slow, is the question? Alex says in this video "Friday morning, at time of recording". Today is Friday. It was recorded this morning. Doesn't matter if that's before or after he slept, it's still Friday morning regardless of if he recorded it at 2:30am or 11:30am.

@Gh0st_-3 Not saying this is correct since there's lots of unknown info floating around... But they were reportedly downed after engagements already occurred, so my understanding was these aren't "first strikes". If they're simply patrolling then sure, that's not good and not really "acceptable"; however, if you're already committed to war (as had apparently been declared by officials before then), then it really hasn't changed anything.

@CaptSpeed That's a great way to get your account on autoKaren's watchlist by being reported for spam. Which if your aren't already on it, trust me, you do not want to be. Can't talk about even uplifting things without it removing your comment. I've been dealing with it for over 2 years just because I support Ukr and the red team reports all my comments. So don't act like a highschooler and think before commenting stupidly.

The "best" comment I saw by an Indian citizen for claiming why they didn't lose any birds was (almost verbatim): "lol none of our jets ever crossed the border" Right, because that's all it takes to prevent losing aircraft. Not sure if it's what that commenter legitimately thought, or is just using Ruz's horrible troll tactic of saying silly things like that to people like us (in these circles) would never in a million years believe. So I know if that he C&P'ed that same reply in at least half a dozen threads on that same video.
