  1. My interpretation of the information reading Bloomberg, is: Legitimate information being given to a trustworthy outlet with enough weight that those reading it will not dismiss their reporting. As such, I feel this was done to make legitimate info become known to the public, reaching inside China, to perhaps sew further distrust in their county's capabilities; e.g. destabilize the ranks.
