  2. They're so easy to skip that it's beyond trivial. Which, given the QR is on screen the entire time, it's easy to keep double-tap skipping until it's gone.  @slugface322  He's talking about the Ground News "sponsored segment" (an ad) at the beginning, not anything YouTube related.
