  2. 5:50 That thing looks awfully close to, but still rather far from, a Die Cast toy I had as a kid in the late 80s...🤔 My toy was... what I can only describe as a cross between a spade ♠️ and a droplet 💧, which is basically very close to what's depicted on screen at that timestamp. It had the dream out length like a droplet, but the curvature resembled a spade. The difference with what's on screen, was that the rear section was slightly elongated, like the bottom of the droplet (albeit, coming to a point), not (mostly) flat-across like the craft in the diagram. IT DID have those same twin, inward facing tails, though. From what I can recall if my toy, though, is that it had a cockpit. Whereas this one seems to indicate that there wouldn't be a conventional glad canopy, but would be flown by camera (I'm assuming that's what "T.V. Flight Monitor" implies?). Either way, said toy was all black, and naturally had USAF stenciled on one wing, with the Air Force logo on the other. The last detail, which as a young kid it never occurred to me, is there was no engine depicted. I can't recall any inlet, nor can I say for sure that there was any exhaust... But! It may have had a "2-D nozzle" just as this one does, which is a detail that could've easily been lost on me, as a 7yr old at oldest. 🤷‍♂️ Makes me wonder if that toy was that toymaker's artistic impression of the TR3b! TR3a! If anyone happens to be familiar with what I've described, I'd love to know your take! 🙏 EDIT: After watching the rest of the video and seeing more artists renders/impressions, I'm almost certain that toy did represent the TR3a. I might still have it, too! But, I won't hold my breath... heh
