  6. It would be VERY interesting to see a breakdown of those ~4500 missile strikes and ~8000 air raids (bomb runs?). To see just how many of them impacted civilian structures... - houses/neighborhoods - apartment buildings - shopping centers (grocery/malls) - schools - entertainment (theaters, etc) and religious buildings - hospitals, elder care facilities, special-needs facilities - water infrastructure (pumps, waste treatment, wells, reservoirs) and central heating stations (geothermal, etc) - power plants (of any kind), distribution stations, etc - train stations (to buy tickets, board trains) - grain structures (storage, processing, or distribution) Then, if possible, include in this breakdown of each, indicate how many (if any) of those strikes Russia had claimed were because they held ""military significance/value""... Would be even better if the government could supply how many of each total (eg 4500 and 8000) really did manage to hit, or barely-miss, a legitimate "military" target (of any sort, but as little as three soldiers being there would qualify it, in my opinion) _[NOTE: any confirmations by the Ukrainian government would be of NO strategic value, since they WOULD NOT divulge the "where" or "when", or even ordinance type, of the strikes; all they would be providing is strictly a number for "hits to, near misses" That would really paint a picture of how ruthless Russia is. Even moreso, if these numbers were allowed to include how many actually hit a Ukrainian military target, as it would provide even further transparency to the world as to just how careless they are with their ordinance! It would display further that Ukraine has nothing to hide, by publicly offering these numbers, in a "Yes, as much as we would like to say that our enemy can't hit what they aim at and that they always act on bad intel, but occasionally they DO hit something of military value." Context and clarity are an extremely powerful things these days... Stay strong. Stay united. Stay alive. STAY UKRAINIAN! 9. If the washing machines and refrigerators are "smart" models, then I'm willing to bet that they are indeed being salvaged for their components in order to be used probably in drones. Same with breast pumps... I'm willing to bet they are pumps capable of monitoring how much vacuum is being drawn, potentially through a small barometric sensor. If so, then you're looking at a means of determining altitude, albeit crudely (since weather will impact the reading). On the flip side, with Huawei moving next door, to "abide" by the imposed sanctions, there's not much reason why they couldn't simply function as the "components mule". Make products for the Khazakh market only which have an absurd Bill of Materials, that aren't necessary conventionally, just to legitimize their inclusion into the products. Then, off to Russia, where they would go straight to some disassembly shop! Hell, for that matter... Depending on how these washers/dryers and fridges are being procured and shipped... THEY could be mules! There's a LOT of empty space inside them. Plenty enough to pack full of various things Russia uses for war efforts... Like off the shelf DSLR cameras their drones use. Might be something the EU Port Authorities might want to start X-Raying, in case they've been ignoring them purely in the basis of what they are... a harmless product you'd typically think nothing of! 17. ....*SIGH* If this doesn't cause the UN (or even NATO) to get involved... in an 'inspector' type of roll to determine that these people are being treated humanely and kept in humane conditions... THEN. WHAT. THE. FUCK. |WILL| IT TAKE?!?!? ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ข Seriously #UnitedNations do your job, please?! I'm genuinely concerned... Not only due to there being no involvement by the world powers to put a stop to this (when there were agreements in place to ensure this exact shit would not happen, vis-ร -vis the Budapest Memorandum), by which I mean physical involvement, not this proxy-war delivery of military hardware... But also the fact that everything Russia has done thus far and without repercussions has only sent a signal to Putin that he can do WHATEVER the hell he wants. Yes, sanctions, I know. Yet, those are a deterrent, to prevent further actions by the aggressor, as an indicator that the imparts of the sanctions will not stand for what is happening - a passive 'show of force', in other words. Yet here we sit, half a year later, with Russia only ramping things up in an effort to make Ukraine bend a knee. Cluster munitions dropped or fired but without targeting capabilities, so civilians end up bearing the brunt of it! Phosphorus munitions utilized, not just on the Azovstal steel plant after civilians were evacuated, but on countless farming fields, not because of hunkered down soldiers but in order to wipe out crops! Flechettes have been used... which I don't even have to put a spin on it, Russia is just using them out of pure spite! Stealing grain that was harvested prior to the invasion, or when they can't secure it, dropping munitions on the grain storage structures so that no one can use it! Must I really go on?? Because I'd rather not, but there's certainly 3 to 4 additional things I could add without even thinking, if I thought it'd actually convince the UN to do something... anything... So again...*sigh* Now if you'll excuse me, this frustrated American is going to go watch a silly pet video in an effort to lower his blood pressure. ๐Ÿ˜” Stay strong. Stay united. Stay alive. 31. Viewer Tip: there ARE auto-generated subtitles (CC), which helps alot! ๐Ÿ‘ Very helpful info, and hopefully Russians will start to use it to help themselves. Please know "the west", & the world, IS NOT fighting against the people of Russia! Our fight is with Putin and anyone who does his bidding. I personally felt our militaries needed to send in troops months ago, to help Ukraine fight Putin's army. Now...? NOW I think we need to send in troops to help innocent Russians fight Putin! ๐Ÿ˜” That man clearly has zero care or concerns for any group of people... Regardless of your country, ethnicity, religion, creed, values, status, contribution to society, none of that matters because he does not spend even a second to think about how his actions impact you! Yes, the "you" I'm specifically referring to here, are Russian citizens. He drains your whole city/village of those able to fight, doesn't care whether that town can continue to even function with potentially half the people taken... People with skillsets the others (likely) will not possess, so it's not even a matter of man vs woman, as a woman with that skillset is just as capable! (I think women make amazing fighters [equal to men], and in some situations are even superior, so I don't get why he doesn't mobilize them... unless he's worried his prison soldiers will get ""distracted"" ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ™„) So yea, I understand why some countries are turning away "tourists". (I'm guessing many Russians are not stating they're "fleeing", but are "going on vacation".) Ukrainians were fleeing because they were being invaded, but Russians are fleeing because โ€”to put it bluntlyโ€” they don't want to deal with their problem at home, a problem they allowed through their complacency, a problem named Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. You are allowed to own shotguns in Russia, and shotguns are a VERY powerful, and capable weapon. You can_easily_ remove the BBs and replace it with a hard and pointy projectile, and have it fly accurately! (Taofledermaus channel has even tested many slugs made by Russian citizens, sent directly to him from Russia, and 95% of which have performed insanely well in accuracy and stopping power!!) 32. Ukrainians, you're doing a fantastic job, particularly considering you're at an equipment disadvantage! However, thankfully, you have multiple key advantages the Russians lack... Your soldier's skills along with their ferocity and bravery. You have the world's support*. Most importantly, you don't want to become part of Russia! The ": I wish we (๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฒ), along with other nations which have capable militaries, would send TROOPS and not just supplies... It's a little sickening for me that we're letting this happen (... *again! 3rd time in 20 years) when we could each send in a battalion or two, and at least have them do defense/policing so that Ukrainian troops are freee up to perform counter-offensive operations to drive the occupiers out! Which brings me to... Ukrainian civilians staying in their homes: they need to be convinced to leave ๐Ÿ˜ข I understand their desire to stay, as some have farm animals they couldn't live with themself if they abandoned/ser free. Others want to at least try to protect their belongings and homes. The problem is, Russians are shelling everything and don't care if civilians are there. So if these people die, the whole reason for staying behind will have happened anyways, but now they and their family will also be lost... And that's EXACTLY what Putin wants!! Of you can at least flee and stay alive, that's another way you can help prevent Putin from achieving his goals! ๐Ÿ™‚๐ŸŒป Stay strong. Stay united. Stay alive. STAY UKRAINIAN! 37. My personal suspicion has been: A combination of Putin having become an "adrenaline junky" -- or at the very least, excitement junky/thrill seeker -- due to his covert and counterintelligence days in the KGB. That work got him recognized high up, which lead to his political career, where he basically started right at the top, as prime minister. So although his life slowed down a lot by comparison, he no doubt was able to live more lavishly and luxuriously. Then, he became president... He reached the top! Except, that junky-itch still lingered, and what better way to scratch it, but by starting shit with another country Which I suspect is where things started to spiral downhill... Because starting wars is kind of the biggest sort of chest pounding a leader can do, but you can't just start another war immediately after the last one finishes, as that'll end your career, in one way or another. So in the interim, he lives like a king and does whatever he wants... Like, have people killed that he doesn't like or opposes him politically! It's not a war, but... war is sort of "legal" killing, in a twisted way, at least as long as you go about it the right way in terms of the justification behind it. Having people killed, that's a new kind of risk/thrill, because that's taboo, it's not acceptable! Now his life is a chess match... A poisoning here, a war there... But then he needs more. I know, let's annex Crimea! Welp, he got away with that (as a citizen of 'The West', I'll accept the blame for that nonsense), which only means he'll dial it up further... I'm sure they're were some more poisonings or science experiments to see if gravity still works through the test of pushing someone from a multi-story building window. My gosh, works you look at the time? I need to start another war! He's taken a country's land, what's there left to do that's bigger? WAR CRIMES, baby! Enter Syria, and the act of genocide (amongst other things, no doubt)! ๐Ÿ˜” It's OK though, because he got away with it again. Surely he won't amp it up next time? Blah blah, having opponents killed, modifying your country's law for consecutive presidential terms -- oh, I forgot, in between the wars and killings, he also (almost guaranteeingly) had an election rigged so that he was momentarily prime minister again, thereby resetting his reached limit of 2 consecutive terms, and that 'elected' president turned the country back over to him! ๐Ÿ‘ But where were we... Oh, right, figuring out how he can once again, somehow, dial his evil up another notch! I KNOW! A little of column A, and a little if column B!! Let's invade Ukraine... again... and try to take the entire damn county, by overthrowing their government, while justifying it all by making an absurd lie about neo-Nazis and liberating Ukrainians, calling it not what it is... (an invasion) but a "specialty memeitary operation"! BRILLIA--... What?? What do you MEAN they're fighting back?! I don't care, take the country! How? You know damn well how! Rape, pillage, plunder; raze it to the ground! Steal their food, burn their farmlands, use 'dumb' cluster munitions while giving zero-shits about whether they actually his military targets, then use munitions no one else will because they're deemed too inhumane... gas them, launch phosphorous at them, rain flachettes down upon them!! "But...... Why, daddy?" Well, my dear... Because the man is bored. That's why. Remember when we got our puppy, and almost every day was a situation where it pissed here, destroyed that, shit there, chewed up that? That's because for part of it they didn't know any better as they were just a puppy, but the other parts were due to the fact they were bored. So when it happened, we told them "No" so they stopped, and played with them when they were bored... Now, remember when the neighbors got a new puppy? All the same things happened, except, they never corrected it. They just yelled and got mad every time, yet all these years later, it's still doing that because it doesn't know any better... That's Putin. He was never told No, never told that's bad behavior, never told to be nice or shown how. He just keeps repeating the same bad behavior, over and over and over, because everyone gets mad, but no one tells him "No! That's a bad asshole, don't do that!!" โ˜น๏ธ FIN. 43. ย @Vlad_-_-_ย  When I first started getting a glimpse of their dry, sarcastic humor, I knew right then and there that I had found 'my people' ๐Ÿคฃ Which on that note... If any Ukrainians are reading this: Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota are three states in the US where you'd have no trouble fitting in! ๐Ÿ˜ I can say that, as a Minnesotan. We have the exact same sense of humor and so I really appreciate ALL the jabs they take at Russia, as well as the fact that they keep it up even during times like this! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ’› [note: by no means am I saying this to imply I'm correct; you could very well be spot on.] I got a kick out of the husband of the wife being interviewed on Radio Free Europe channel. She had been explaining how far-East Russians were perplexed at the comforts of living that the Ukrainians had (indoor plumbing, hot water, natural gas, etc). She had said that he had "no idea about the" specific technology that provided their hot water+room heating.... Right then, her husband who was walking through the debris of what used to be their damn home chimes in: "Yea, and now WE have no idea where our couch is.... or my welder..." Subtly implying, not that they'd been destroyed by the artillery, but had been stolen by Russian soldiers. ๐Ÿคฃ Makes me wish my welder wasn't old and would be worth the cost of sending to him... 47. I had started calling Putin and the Russian government "murderers" on account of their modern, accurate weapons somehow always landing on civilian populated targets. It's at such an outstanding degree that I'd genuinely love to see a breakdown of the missiles/bombs that Russia claimed were fired at "military targets" and, at the very least, show how many actually hit a military target, how many hit a civilian occupied target, and how many hit hit nothing. Though ideally, broken down further, for whether it was a sea, air, or land launched missile; as well as how many missed a possible military target but ended up hitting civilian occupied target; and then those that hit civilian targets, how many instances were there civilians inside vs soldiers... But I digress, my point was that their actions are not adhering to the conventional way of waging war, where targets are military and civilian casualties are only by accident. Which is clear that they are INTENTIONALLY hitting targets they know have civilians. Except, I see that "murderers" was a poor choice of term to describe them, and that Terrorist(s) genuinely is more fitting based on actions! They've become a terrorist-state, whose targets are "anyone we feel like terrorizing this year"... Which is to say, if we don't stop them now, this sort of shit is going to continue to happen every couple years, just as it has been. Doing what we have been all these years, which is "not nearly enough", it's only done one thing: show Putin he can get away with it. G7 nations: no matter how you feel about it, the fact remains - YOU ALL NEED TO SEND YOUR TROOPS TO UKRAINE! They don't have to fight on Russian soil, but they need to drive Russians out of Ukraine... and that includes Crimea! Stay strong. Stay united. Stay alive. STAY UKRAINIAN! 54. The sheer stupidity and/or insanity of the commanding officers of the invaders and pro-Russian militias -- and arguably their soldiers who are likely just as absent minded given they're carrying out the commands -- must be something Russia rewards for....?? I know that the tragic history around Chernobyl (Chornobyl) was hidden from Russians, so they still (...somehow...) have no idea what bad bad things can result from destabilizing/compromising a nuclear reactor's cooling systems or containment chambers.... It's the fact that they weren't taught, even in the most rudimentary sense, that nuclear plants are very safe but still very delicate... just amazes me. AT LEAST it's something they could've (and should've) mentioned during basic training!! Keep it simple, just something brief, like: Listen up. You will be deployed into an area which utilizes nuclear reactor's at the >insert name/s here< power plant(s). _ ARE YOU PERMITTED TO _____ ?:_ - Calmly Seize Da! - Throw rocks Nyet! - Shoot-at Nyet! - Grenade Nyet! - Shell Nyet! - Rocket NYET! - Missile NYET! - Bomb Ni v koyem sluchaye!! [ In no circumstance, ever!! ] ... Granted, we've found out they're operating with very outdated maps -- because.... modern day cartography is hard?? ... naw, more likely, because some genius oligarch siphoned away the funds earmarked for that project! But I digress, point being, perhaps the maps they have only indicate it as a traditional 'power facility', as it hadn't been converted to nuclear? ๐Ÿค” Then again, such an endeavor, they probably would build from scratch as opposed to taking the already-much-needed generators offline in order to perform upgrades on a one by one basis. So I dunno lol Maybe they DO know and indeed, Russia is conducting operations based off the "Modern Terrorists Playbook for Dummies!"......... Or, maybe they just think they're only shelling more farmland...? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ Stupidity? Corruption? Pure negligence? When countless civilian deaths are caused by a war that has at least SOME semblance of an "arguable purpose" -- by that I mean, while it might not be 'right | logical | morally sound' it can at least be recognized/accepted as the driving force behind one side's actions -- then those deaths are (albeit, unfortunately) considered collateral-damage as opposed to senseless killings. HOWEVER, when civilians are killed due to a leader's junkie-like need for an adrenaline rush (a "fix")...... THAT IS DEFINED AS MURDER! It's 2022 for fucks sake! (sorry, necessary word choice) There's NO EXCUSE for your ordinance to drop on populated civilian areas/structures. Your arsenal should already be made up of 'Smart' weapons that can hit a target with an accuracy better than 15 meters, where I suspect even Soviet-era hardware would conceivably be able to hit within 150m... Alas, we see them dropping ordinance with what seems like an accuracy that instead gets measured in CITY BLOCKS! Thus, my conclusion that the targets are either hit due to carelessness or are their intentional targets, which is my justification for claiming that Russia is both attempting to and succeeding in committing murder of Ukrainians, and it needs to be stopped, N O W ! ! ! ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

Indicating things like it's be the actual black market arms dealers who live in Ukraine, which legitimately could be native Ukrainians but just as easily could be superior of another nationality, and at no point was this other non-CBS implying or was the Ukrainian Government selling them! There is also, what I can only imagine has occurred at least once or twice (statistically speaking), where Russia had managed to capture some unfired Javelins and then RUSSIA gave it to some arms dealers just to ensure a finger could get pointed at Ukraine for possibly negligence, or worse, outright corruption. Personally, I choose to believe that any native Ukrainian arms dealers who are still in the country, that even despite their questionable morality, they would rather the county be under Ukrainian rule and therefore would actually be doing what they can to HELP! Hell, let's go truly "glass half full", by speculating that these same individuals may even go so far as to buy any of these weapons FROM the black market, to them use against Russian forces... ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿคž (after all, the one report showed a dark web listing where a Javelin was only $13K USD, which as someone who doesn't have even close to that much money, I still think that's quite worth buying if it helps ensure the country remains free of Russian rule!) 71. I'd like to say, that those of us who DO understand that this is Putin's war, do NOT hate the Russian people for his mess... no matter WHAT your governmentt-controlled news says! Even if you are believing everything your news says and are supporting your country... We understand, and forgive you! Some of my fellow Americans (even my own family, my mother) were recently deceived in a similar way, convinced to follow a foolish man and believed the lies he told -- and still tells. BUT those that saw their error and stopped supporting him, we've forgave them for it! MANY of your soldiers, but especially your government, has to be punished for the horrible things that they are doing in Ukraine and to her people. The method right now of punishing your government, unfortunately also is hurting innocent Russian people, and we're sorry for that... but I repeat: our hate, our fight, is only for those in charge of Russia, not with the Russian People! And I know at least some of your fellow Russians in these comments do not believe what you're being told about this ""special military operation"" -- it is actually a 'war', but you are not allowed to say that word, and you should be suspicious of why your government doesn't allow you to say things or else you get arrested (that's something you can mention to anyone who believes in Putin's actions, and ask why that's acceptable) -- and so it's you who are the key to helping your country! Convince more that we (people of the West) do not hold a grudge against Russia's people. Find topics they are interested in, search YouTube for videos about those topics. Then find important differences between the information in those videos and compare it to what your news does not talk about, which you can then show to those people! Because if your state news is willing to leave out details on a topic like that, what else are they not telling you, or have been telling you instead? (An example is SpaceX. They have reusable rockets [thr Falcon 9], that land themselves after launching, to be refueled and launched again... Similar to a car, in a sense. But Russian state news doesn't share that, instead tries to portray them as a failing company, showing just the failures during testing. The "Falcon Heavy" landing video is even more impressive, even for me and I have seen it multiple times!) Once you get more people understanding how your news is misleading everyone, then any of them with family in the military, can begin convincing their soldiers of what's wrong. Soldiers convince more soldiers... and soon you, the people of Russia, have power to remove Putin and his oligarchs from their positions of power! Give Russia's power to who rightfully deserve it: her people! Show the world that you are NOT the cruel people that Putin has made you act like. 75. Here's a thought... We leave it [creation of a "tribunal"] up to the people! ๐Ÿ˜ Which people? I'd say the entire population of Earth, but that would be a difficult task, since most likely half the planet isn't aware of the war or know nothing other than there is one (either due to rural life and intl news doesn't reach them, or their local news not reporting on it for some reason, or similar). Therefore, leave it to the people of the countries which are involved, determined by: - countries who have troops fighting (Russia, Ukraine, Chechnya, ~Belarus, others?) - countries who have sent financial aid (monetary or deducted through owed debts) to any of the participating countries listed in the first bulleted item (too many to list); likely this support is at taxpayer's expense - countries who have sent military equipment (weapons, vehicles, medical supplies intended for troop use) to any of the participating countries listed in the first bulleted item (too many to list); likely this support is at taxpayer's expense - countries who have sent humanitarian aid (monetary, food, or any other supplies intended for civilians) to any of the participating countries listed in the first bulleted item (too many to list); likely this support is at taxpayer's expense - countries who have officially abstained from involvement, but have had any form of support provided by a company which is headquartered or has manufacturing facilities in said country (not certain if they've official abstained, but Turkey comes to mind; Byraktars); the citizens would be the ones employed at these places, so they should get a say regarding what their work is going towards (even if that work is making the company a profit, so that it is capable of sending financial support) - etc, etc We're all the ones who bare the load from this and feel the impact. Those in our governments do not (at least in the third-party participant countries), as they are connections and wealth. Food or supply shortage, fuel price increases, or gas supply issues resulting in concern about whether there will be heat during the winter, all have minimal impact on those in power, regardless of what country you're in! Therefore, the decision for a tribunal ought to be left to those impacted, especially those directly impacted like Ukrainians and even Russians. This is a war which has far-reaching impacts, even on those who have not a clue as to what's happening, which is why the everyday people need to be who decides. Because some of our governments have shown that they don't quite represent their people's interests, despite claiming their actions are, and can't be relied on in a situation like this (the UN has done precious little to help out or to end things, for example). 84. Mr. President Zelenskyy, On behalf of the world โ€“the sane, humane citizens of it, at leastโ€“ I must humbly disagree, BUT not in a negative way; nay, it's because our collective appreciation extends beyond your amazing Ukrainian Armed Forces... It most definitely extends to both you, Mr. Zelenskyy, AND every Ukrainian โ€“ every new born baby, every child, young adult, and especially the elderly because so many of them refused to leave their home which sat on the land that is rightfully there's ! (who instead raised one, very important finger... ok and bag of sunflower seeds... at every Russian soldier that passed by! ๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒป) The world is grateful to you ALL, for your steadfast resolve, courage, resilience, but most importantly: your humanity! Without that humanity, all you are doing is fighting. Even if the fight is over land that is rightfully that of the defenders, if one does so only with passion but not COMPASSION, then that fight is for selfish reasons (*coughPutin*). Ukraine shows that humanity, that compassion! Most importantly is it being shown towards those despite having invaded her land, killed her soldiers, ravaged her towns, and committed countless war crimes against her people... Yet you still do it, because it is the RIGHT thing to do. _(also, let's be honest, because many of those soldiers, particularly since mobilization, have not been given a choice since either they go to be pointlessly killed, or they are pointlessly sent to prison for a good portion of their life; thus, one really can't help but feel a little sorry for them.) You, your people, your country... For me, and I am ashamed to say it, Ukraine was almost completely an unknown to me. With the exception of knowing a tiny bit about your rocket industry, which after this is over I hope is able to return to doing the great things it had been, before this nonsense (and.... I also know of the embarrassing and unprofessional conduct of my [USA's] former-president, holding relief aid hostage in exchange for information regarding a personal vendetta of his ๐Ÿ˜ž) But I digress... Before, I knew little, and in turn I had "minded my own business" on the goings-on back then. As such, I had no opinion on those matters and thereby made no fuss about it. However, now I realize that you, along with everyone and everything that makes up Ukraine, deserved better. From me, but also my country, and I suspect many others, and their countries, now feel similarly... For all of that, I HUMBLY APOLOGIZE... to you, your people, your country. We've been trying to make good on our past failures, but I STILL wish we would do more, namely by officially sending in soldiers โ€” or at least offer incentives and support to our soldiers, to voluntarily fight as part of Ukraine's Foreign Legion, and not on behalf of the US or by any government order! Instead, we cower, afraid of a madman resorting to nuclear use; either the small yield Tactical nukes (ie artillery), or the much bigger Strategic nukes (ie multi-warhead ICBMs). Which, personally, I feel those are all hollow threats and do not think he would ever go through with that, since it would certainly mean his demise, and the impression I've gotten is he likes where he is in life and does not want to lose it. So unleashing such, would either result in: him being internally dealt with by fellow members of his government and/or military, or his country overthrowing him by revolting, or a joint black ops mission by multiple countries to take him out. (Mind you, I can appreciate such restraint, if we were talking about North Korea... If fully expect THAT nutjob to launch everything he has, just to watch the world burn!) Slava Ukraini, Heroyam Slava! โœŠ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿ”ฑ (I know Zelenskyy will never read this even though I've addressed it to him, but, it's similarly addressed to everyone if Ukraine ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›)

  110. My heart sank, because I'm still a bit ignorant on group names for ground forces, and I had thought Wagner would be a Ukrainian group; however, I'm very glad I was wrong!!! Though, UATV, there's one important aspect of this news that needs correcting.... **_โœŠwaves๐Ÿ‘‹hand๐Ÿ–๏ธ _** There were NO survivors. "There w... were no survivors...." Wagner Group was completely wiped out. "as... the entire Wagner Group was eliminated..." These aren't the droids you're looking for. err... This was a simple clerical error. "Someone must... have pressed 1 in..stead of 0..." You may continue with your reporting duties... _"I'll... get back to my reports now..." Have a good day. "Move along. Move along." ๐Ÿ˜Š But seriously, this lone survivor now becomes a "hero" to Russia/Russia Propaganda, as he'll no doubt be turned into the "strongest of the bunch, withstanding everything Ukraine could throw at him." Which I could further see them justify it by saying something like "He never gave up, fighting to the end, when artillery for wounded him/knocked him unconscious and he woke up having been captured by Ukraine." They could even use him as a rally-cry, to motivate others to join the fight, to help rescue him... blah blah blah. However, his death would mainly be a further morale loss, since now it would read as the entire group getting taken out. ๐Ÿ˜ Just sayin... Maybe he's wounded and succumbs to internal bleeding... ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜” [Yes, it could be argued that I'm a horrible person; however, I never said he actually needs to die... only to REPORT _that the entire group had been killed. 112. @Suvi Eskelinen "Are we [regressing] back to middle ages with our civilization?!" In some of the aspects that matter most... unfortunately, I feel the answer is "Yes" ๐Ÿ˜” Just look at my country, the USA, these last 6 years... And I'm not even targeting the president we elected! No, I'm talking about a vast amount of people in the US and their willingness to believe LITERAL ABSURDITIES (QAnon conspiracy garbage) that's being said about fellow citizens, some of which are neighbors and even family; parents, siblings! Or that they'd collectively band together to not only demand the removal of a requirement to protect lives of themselves and their loved ones, but also refuse to stand up against a leader who is actively doing nothing and causing the deaths of hundreds of thousands of the very people they swore an oath to protect. Meanwhile, both the leader and those people are blatantly ignoring facts and commonsense, mostly out of sheer spite for those that oppose their views... It's indeed VERY reminiscent of the middle ages, except back then, there wasn't the marvel we have today of direct and instant communicating to anyone, in any nation across the entire planet! We do, and many many other amazing things, knowing vastly more now than we did then, yet still do many of us are willing to act JUST as we did back in those days, when we were still uninformed and ignorant. ๐Ÿ˜• (Personally, I blame the fact we've become such a nanny-society, which has fostered and/or protected those that hold us back in ways, preventing 'Survival of the Fittest' from doing what it does best...) And that's not even touching on wars, or standing by while it happens, knowing it's happening, seeing it happen on real time..... We don't need to worry about global warming when we'll probably screw our species long before that issue starts to have impact on our lives! (but ugh, yea, that also lingering in our future but not unanimously banding together as a planet on the known measures needed, is another facepalm moment!)

  117. ย @The_ZeroLineย  Yea, I think part of that is true, although I genuinely think that the mob-like operation he created for their government has vitally come back to bite him (yay karma!) For starters, that his intelligence being so horribly far off, coming down to the fact that no one in the information chain wanted to deliver the news that "No, they will put up a fight this time.", because as you said, it was known that he wanted Ukraine and such news would've probably been someone's head; lies breeding lies. (I believe grew up there as a kid, and later even had a cabin there, but someone set fire to it [while he was in it]) Then to compound matters, his mob governance bites him again, through his "everyone can take a cut, but you make sure I always get mine, too". Where now problems manifest all over the place! Vehicle maintenance? "Da, da. I have thousands of mechanics on the books, all is well!" - Yea, no. All was definitely not well. Military rations? "Da! Stockpiles are good, and I have orders in place to cycle the outdated MREs." - Mmm..yea, no they weren't, and no you didn't. I could go on, but same story for: tanks and other armor modernization efforts, ordinance warehouse conditions, fuel depot supply, etc etc etc. ...The left hand not knowing what the right hand's doing. Money was earmarked for it all, but half of it (or more) was being pocketed, and the other half paying for a company to do the work......... but that company also had to take half of that, leaving only a 1/4 of the funds to try and do the work! ๐Ÿคฃ A complete shit-show all the way down! ๐Ÿ˜ Which is also why I'm wondering how many of the nuclear warheads actually have cores in them...? Or how many of those that DO will have well-maintained and still functional detonators? How many of those will be attached to missiles with functioning guidance systems? And of those, how many of their engines will ignite? Seriously, too! Given how badly our own (the US) kind of similar boondoggle has gone, in terms of the SLS rocket and its delays on top of delays, then pre-launch test issue after issue, now launch attempt after launch attempt getting scrubbed... I don't think my skepticism is ill placed, for Russia's hardware for systems that have only had to be assumed to work in order to be a deterrent/threat! ๐Ÿ˜ Slava Ukraini, Heroyam Slava! โœŠ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿ”ฑ

  118. ย @The_ZeroLineย  Yep, and thanks to their culture, he can't withdraw, as that would imply weakness! Which, while parallels can definitely be drawn to the US' Vietnam War, in multiple ways (atrocities included, unfortunately ๐Ÿ˜”), but specifically here would be our ultimate exfiltration with tail between legs. Except, at least as I see it, that excessive pride, almost reliance, they hold that a leader may/should never look weak... but especially should not make the entire country look weak! Because doing so could very quickly result in a regime change, and in this case, would probably result in Putin's life being extinguished, or locked up somewhere uncomfortable (which is my preference). (don't get me wrong, in the US it could mean an elected official or officials being removed, BUT not the almost-complete top to bottom replacement of gov't officials and top-ranking military personnel like this would cause over there.) The irony is, he's done ALL of that already... It's called his ability to lead into question. Questions his ability to either gain correct information about situations, or, make solid decisions based-on correct information. It's make Russia look i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-y weak, militarily. Has made them into a social pariah, both in terms of government, but now even their citizens. Lastly, has tanked their economy. ALL OF THAT is thanks to that pride in appearing powerful, because had they withdrew after Ukraine bared their teeth and pushed them back initially... Russia and her people would not be in this position! Man, I meant and wanted to keep it short this time... but I can't help but share that the fact the Russian people have a black mark against them is what I think will make life so difficult for them. Yes, there are many MANY Russians who do not agree with any of this, but their reluctance and fear to speak out has made for a visually-disproportionate amount of people appear to be in favor of it. As such, when they try to leave, to start a better life elsewhere, they probably are not going to get the same welcome they once would have. ๐Ÿ˜• Which is unfortunate, since I can see that ultimately breeding major disdain towards "the west" all over again, kicking off another soviet-era mentality. Then a prominent figure will rise to power by promising to punish the west for their treatment of Russia, and the cycle will repeat..... ๐Ÿ˜” Yep... ๐Ÿ˜• So, to borrow a phrase: "WINTER IS COMING..." I sincerely do not hope that a new Cold War occurs as a direct result of this... only that I won't be at all surprised if one begins after about a decade passes.*sigh*

And if we CONTINUE TO DO JACK SHIT, like we have been with every war and conflict since Putin took office in 2000, then we solidify the mentality of Putin, and all those who will rule after he's gone: "we can do WHATEVER WE WANT and ATTACK WHOMEVER WE WANT... and worst case, 'the west' only supplies our enemy with weapons." So yea ๐Ÿ˜ž You either send in boots, and finally put an end to Russia's occupation in Ukraine/Crimea, to finally shut them up... 137. A step in the right direction! Seems to be better than โ€” yep the video just confirmed it as I was typing lol โ€” the Budapest Memorandum... Which I think the costly oversight in that agreement was it lacked any kind of clause which would have immediately dragged all of the signatories to Ukraine's assistance, had any of the signing parties directly or indirectly became the aggressor (ie: of Russia used Belarus to invade, or if they sent their weapons to a country which then invaded it still would have triggered the clause; that later of which was basically already in the agreement, and Russia is currently guilty of first-hand by using their own weapons against Ukraine.) In this case, it would've meant the UK and US helping Ukraine fight since Russia, as one of the signatories, is the aggressor. (but RU and UK would've, had it been the US invading, etc) But anyways, as the meme goes... 141. This was originally a reply to someone's comment on a CNN video but I felt deserved a wider audience; modified to fit this context... I hadn't known of this specific agreement until just now, but yea... Seems like it's been completely forgotten about by the signing parties. ๐Ÿ˜• We've definitely dropped the ball over the years, in providing the promised protection and defense of Ukraine... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukraine_and_weapons_of_mass_destruction#Budapest_Memorandum To anyone reading who is Ukrainian, or has Ukrainian family... I know this won't really mean much given I'm just a helpless citizen with no political influence.... But nevertheless, I deeply apologize for my country [๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ] not acting sooner, like Crimea annexation-sooner and preventing it. ๐Ÿ˜” Russia has violated that agreement multiple times now, and worse yet in my opinion, is that the other signatories have also violated it by failing to defend Ukraine in any truly meaningful way (up until 2022 at least) ... Offering money and monetary support is good, but defending... at least to me... implies every means possible! It's that kind of help which we're not providing, which is allowing this to go on longer than it should have... Every day Russia targets some other large building because... "Our intelligence claims it was housing military assets..." ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ™„ (or at least if asked, that'd be their excuse in order to justify it) So again I say... I'm sorry for America failing Ukraine. ๐Ÿ˜ž (I can't speak to the the UK, but I imagine anyone there would feel similarly after reading that link) Stay strong. Stay united. Stay alive. 150. ย @MrJdseniorย  My sincerest condolences on the loss your pet... ๐Ÿค— Having owned multiple dogs over the years, I know that pain, and am not looking forward to whenever that day may come for my 13yr/o Siberian Husky -- who thankfully remains amazingly spry & energetic. (see everyone, I have a Ruskie near and dear to my heart, it's only their gov't I detest! lol) Yes, I admit that the Ukrainians may not be openly asking for assistance via manpower, and could very well be declining any offers made behind closed doors. I certainly know that they have shown to be a force to be reckoned with, and I can't begin to imagine how badly this would've gone for Russia if Ukraine had a larger military that had ample training! Having so many pro-Russian leaders meant that just wasn't really possible, but thankfully THIS leader... well, any praise I could articulate, I feel would be an understatement! So I'll just say he's been absolutely awesome and a god-send for all of Ukraine, nay, the world! ๐Ÿค˜ Still, it pains me to see them being displaced, then on top of that, the intentional destruction of everything, so that they have nothing to come back to... (which I feel is Putin's goal, and has always been, not to "liberate the Ukrainian people", but to "liberate Ukraine of her people" ๐Ÿ˜ข) I just feel it's gone on long enough, and the tide have changed in their favor now that they have a fleshed of arsenal, which therefore means it will remain in their favor! Yet, we all know Putin... He won't back down, at least so long as he has the ability and support to dictate what his military does, and THAT is where my main issue lies. That's why I feel physical help need be accepted (or offered, if it hasn't), because Putin is going to drag this out as long as he can, for no other reason than because he can... So it seems like it'd be in everyone's best interest to go in and at least push his troops out, to show him that the world is not his for the taking whenever he gets the itch. The war is over, but either no one has had the balls to tell HIM that, or he's unwilling to accept that fact, but I see no reason why everyone has to suffer just because he enjoys being an asshole. ๐Ÿ™ Alright, alright, I've ranted long enough... heh Slava Ukraini, Heroyam Slava! โœŠ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿ”ฑ
