  1. I love my PU. I hunt with her (albeit with a Leupold 3-9x40) , and have only missed once, which was my failure in sighting it in. 6 for 7, I'm happy with that, being I've not been hunting long lol Yours extracts curiously, though, admittedly I haven't watched mine extract in slow-mo. Yours seems to kick off the stock or bolt, and stay basically static as it travels through the air, not traveling very far. Mine, gets kicked and tumbles through the air, quite far. Granted, I'm a total pleb and just had a dad who loved guns, but it seems like in yours it acts like the casting isn't making contact (or minimal) with the ""extractor lug""(?) and relies on the sudden stop while traveling backwards, to fling it. Or the extractor claw is a little too snug and holding on too long... And that end note you made about "typical mosin", regarding your issue with the bolt. I must be really fortunate to have never experienced that lol Though, I've only put a meager ~60 rnds through mine (what remained of dad's surplus ammo stockpile), but everything about mine operates smoothly and I absolutely adore the rifle! So much so, that it's the only rifle I use when playing the "Sniper Elite" games ☺️
