  2. Dan and I are kindred spirits... When the bullet hit the intact casing, flaring the end as it did... I genuinely said "it got trumpeted". Then Dan also says "trumpeted" a moment later! 😮😅

  3. I wonder if Dan knows they make laser bore sights, so he wouldn't have to eyeball the aiming down the literal bore... I know they make ones you just shove in the end of the barrel, but, I believe they also have ones that are laser pointers inside actual cartridges. Which in the latter ones, it would shine down the entire barrel... I feel like that would be the more accurate one, just because any miniscule amount of extra weight on the end of the barrel could be imparting a tiny bit of flex. (although, the most accurate rocks are the ones where the barrel is not connected to the stock, so that could also induce sag... and yet, that doesn't impact accuracy 🤷‍♂️)
