@8:43 ... All joking aside (ok I lied, joking held until the very end), I almost feel like it'd be factually accurate/correct to have worded it as a "misinformation network"....
It seems like the 'Russian Way' of conducting their country during this Kleptocracy-period (1991 - Present) has been:
"Do or Say whatever you must to become an Oligarch,
and remain an Oligarch. If that means steal, you
steal. If that means lie, you lie. Doesn't matter if it's stealing
from your government and lying to your boss... everyone
_does it, so either you're smart enough to succeed _
playing by the rules or you're a cunning snake in the
grass who succeeds by ignoring the rules entirely."
In other words, when it comes to relaying information, it's very much like the game of "Telephone" (professionally called 'transmission chain experiment'). But, instead of the message drifting away from the original because of the next person forgetting or accidentally substituting a word, it's now a case of whether or not the person you give the information to thinks their 'person' will like it.... If it's not going to make them happy, well, now a few details are changed so that it looks like you've been really helpful!
Problem is, by the time it reaches its destination...
"They do not want to be under Russian authority, and will
put up a considerable fight if we invade."
...now has turned into...
"Their government is full of neo-Nazis, and the people
are offering untold riches if we come save them!"
I know that's just the lie Putin told the world, but it's just an example lol
That same thing seems to be at every turn in this conflict.
"Yes, our military is large with many well trained troops"
.... Probably is an 1/8th the size and the upkeep costs to support one that large are being pocketed; half of the actual troops are poorly trained.
"Yes commander, we have lots of fuel reserves/well maintained vehicles/properly stored ordinance/rations still within their 'use-by' date!"
... Fuel has been stolen at every turn/vehicles left to rot or been looted for parts/armories poorly looked after/rations that were made (probably) in the 90s and exceeded their shelf life.
I mean, sure... "lies" are still technically information in the most basic form since you're still passing along something... which is going from one person to another, and that qualifies as being a network....
But it's a bit of an insult to a true "information network" like a real government has! π₯΄
I mean come on... lol Even that second intercepted phone call using word substitution was so very unprofessional and cringey. π
Anyways, at least after Ukraine wins, there will be some awards-winning movies to be made! Action. Spy-Comedy. Drama. Mafia-Comedy. Documentary.
And if we play things right, a part of the profits could go towards helping Ukraine rebuild their country and its economy. Which if you pounce immediately once the war ends, you can film the Action war movie ON LOCATION, instead of an expensive soundstage!
Here's a freebie Action-Comedy:
"Saving Private Ivan" l
A story of Wagner Group, where a team has to bumble their way across Eastern Ukraine in an attempt to save the sole remaining clown merc/soldier from being captured... [spoiler alert: they fail!]
Stay strong. Stay united. Stay alive. STAY UKRAINIAN!

Β @pipercessna3827Β HA... You know, you're probably right, in reality that'd be the extent of it. We'll just have to "Westernize" it a bit, ala Hogan's Heroes π
And indeed, it's sad on so, so many levels... Not just the senseless killing and destruction, but the mind-numbing gullibility of those helping Russia... and just to take it down another level ('gullibilinception' you could say), gullibility not just by those in Russia's military, but those helping who are Ukrainian!
That these individuals expect they actually will end up being giving the grand rewards they've been promised... From the initial "they'll give you gold as thanks for liberating them", to promises of being in control of towns, villages, cities, or even just apartment complexes. ALL HOLLOW!!
Which even though there's internal evidence, from both Russian and pro-Russian soldiers, stating how they've not received payments promised for either general service or for having been wounded, and that they were promised (in contact) only a 3mo deployment yet are not being relieved....
But that doesn't deter their faith that their Fuhrer-Tsar Voldemort Puddin will come through on the even grander rewards!! π€¦ββοΈ π€¦ββοΈ π€¦ββοΈ
Anyways, to end on a positive note...
If you have not checked out the channel "Operator Starsky" then I highly recommend him. He is part of the Ukr National Guard, releasing briefings or insights into things taking place, but every video is full of very sarcastic humor (aka "dry humor") towards Russia! The videos are serious, don't get me wrong, but he is always in high spirits π
I had told him: One's humor is a mighty weapon, that Russia can never claim victory over Ukraine so long as Starsky draws breath, and can use it to sling insults! π€π€¬

Yep, I said similar in another video.
I said that Putin needs to remain alive, locked away, and specifically in a hot and humid area (like 95F/35C, 90%+ & low dew-point).
Because a cold region, sure you suffer, but if too cold then your extremities become numb, and can at least exercise to help stay warm. However, hot and sweltering?? Even sitting still is miserable because you have sweat saturating all your clothes, and sleeping in that is just as miserable! π So that humidity is key, as a dry heat is far more tolerable since at least then your sweat is able to do what it was designed to do: evaporative cooling.
