I truly feel for that soldier. Seems like he's "one of the good ones" on the Russian side. Even if he went into this war as one who had bought into the lies Russians had been fed and had a distaste for the Ukrainians as a result... he'll be leaving there a better person. Unfortunately though, a very traumatized better person. 😪 That man needs to live, though. He needs to be allowed to go home so everyone can get a glimpse of how savage this whole mess is, even if it is through the eyes of someone they (once) knew. Then, just maybe, they'll understand what Putin is doing is wrong and that he needs to be stopped... (I say 'once' because I imagine those people, his friends and family, will no longer recognize him) Slava Ukraini, Heroyam Slava! ✊🇺🇦 🔱 and Glory to those who are even the enemy, should they feel as much regret as that man does...
