  2. I remember when I was young (15?) and hung out with a 20-something quadraplegic who smoked alot (inside his place), and one day I had held my breathe real hard, and exhaled.... a cloud! We both laughed, and just chalked it up to second hand smoke lol Wasn't until many years later that I pieced together it was actually just me compressing the moisture in my lungs, having nothing to do with him smoking! 😅

  3. I used to do it by holding my breath really hard (clenching all the muscles in my chest and stomach), and then breathing out the cloud. However, I had discovered it myself as a young teen, while at an older friend's place, which he used to smoke a lot of cigarettes inside and so at the time, we assumed it was cigarette smoke related 😅 Based on my method for accomplishing it, I doubt it's the same mechanics behind creating the cloud, but 🤷‍♂️
