Who knows what the insanely precise manufacturing would cost! 😒😅

Mind you, I wasn't saying my classmate was my ONLY exposure to the name pronounced that way, just my first. 😋 edit: Oh, and the bigger point being, that Lisa is pronounced the second way in my first reply (Lee-Suh), so what I wote in my second reply (and here) wouldn't even apply to The Simpsons. heh

So I don't know how they're networked, if it's a momentary connection or an always-on connection (the laser[s] always being aimed at a sister satellite)... but would it be possible to utilize Starlink's inter-satellite optical connection to create an Earth-sized LIGO? Or, even if it is always-on, would there be to much orbital variation due to atmospheric drag (station-keeping)? Also, couldn't one be made that uses GPS timing? Or does it HAVE to be done optically?
