  1. SpaceX should step up and send it for them. PARTICULARLY if this thing is just going to sit in a warehouse and never go anywhere. (or be disassembled) This will serve two purposes... Namely, getting the rover to the Moon. ALSO, it'll be a way to show the second stage mishap was a one-off. Reason I say SpaceX stepping up can help, is by donating the launch platform, saving NASA that money, allowing it to thereby be within budget again... (or Jeff, yea)
