  1. ​ @后宫后 I don't know if "safe" is a weird I'd use to describe their rockets that land on/near villages, and also have the upper stages stuck in LEO with no means to deorbit OR maneuver. Their rockets are a hazard to their own people locally, our international Astronauts on orbit, and the entire world's satellite in LEO. The next word you used, "reliable", would have been sufficient to convey that they pose no immediate risk to the payloads (be it living, or inanimate [hardware]).

The point the OP and many others are trying to make is that when WE send up a military satellite, we say it's a military satellite, and then the rest of the launch details become classified. Whereas multiple other less savory countries like to use subterfuge and classify then as Earth Observation under the guise of being for science. THIS is what we're poking fun at: their painfully obvious misdirection.
