  3.  @petergerdes1094  That, I have no idea about. I wager it depends on a number of factors, but ordinarily, it wouldn't surprise me if that's true for a lot of videos. His 10y old video, I doubt that's the case, and I'm sure it was only in the hundreds of thousands, slowly gaining the rest over time

  4.  @Dac85  True... It is our nature to gawk, unfortunately. BUT! It can also bring in new users since people who found it interesting might check out what else he's made and watch it, potentially becoming new subscribers. 😊

  5.  @takanara7  I do the SAME THING! 😅 Only because I've noticed the algorithm seems to be dialed up a bit too high in regards to how it's been recommending stuff... You watch one video or short and it immediately thinks you're interested in that, bombarding you with more. Which I understand it, to a degree. It has to, in order to know if you ARE interested in similar... But for me, I'm usually only watching it because I'm bored and figure "what the hell, it seems intriguing enough". So I'll copy a few links to various videos like that, load into Incognito, and watch them all 😁 [TIP: The search function doesn't like the Share links due to the tracking code they tack on the end. So you have to delete the "?si=<code>" at the end before you search. HOWEVER, if the Video's unique code has had any underscores, that will break the search, but I've found it you remove the rest of the link before said unique code – everything before, and including, the backslash. Then search with just that, and 9 times out of 10 it'll correctly find the video. Cumbersome, but it's better than having to Google it just to get the video title (which, ironically, THAT has no problem finding it).] </can't-sleep-ramble>
