Attempt #3 - Scott, or anyone who knows... What is the reason for the pulsation/thumping of the mylar (?) cover @ 3:17? This had been very prominent for a long time, and then had all but ceased over the last year or two, with only the rate one here and there being visible... I'm sure it's nothing very interesting, but I'm still very curious if the cause/reason is known! ❤ Moreso now, since it had been obvious on every launch, then stopped for quite a time, and is again present on occasion...
