  2. I can't help but notice all the debris falling into the water around that Chinese launch ship... I wonder what that all was?? Parts of the launch deck? Parts of the launch mount? Both? 🤨

  3. On the off-chance no one clarified... Starship IFT-2 Oxygen Dump Logic: Musk said that since they had no payload, they burned less fuel, and we're heavier than they would've been even if they had a payload; therefore, they dumped excess propellant in order to more accurately simulate a typical orbital launch (despite this being sub orbital), so that when it entered the atmosphere it had a similar propellant load. Which, I'm no where near as smart as most of you here, Scott included, but that made perfect sense to me. 😅

  4. I tuned into the Live Chat on NASA's channel for the Vulcan laundry.... Boy, I don't recommend it. 😮‍💨 From people angry at the fact they were watching the launch, when the actual Lunar Landing wasn't going to be for a number of weeks... To people mad at the fact they switched to a rendering of the rocket once it got to a certain altitude. (see: presumably all spoiled by SpaceX's live feeds) To people spamming the chat to cheer for their own country's space programs (for example ISRO)... To the worst one: the Deniers... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ "This is all fake, there is no rocket, that's why it's a rendering." "We never went to the moon, so there's no way this thing can!" Etc etc etc... I'm sure they're were some Flat Earthers there as well, but thankfully I didn't see their BS diatribe. Was really sad, really. I'd honestly rather NASA forego the live chat. For one, there's too many people in it anyways, which makes chatting extremely difficult at the speed the chat moves. Secondly, there's too much negativity and nonsense, which just makes matters that much worse. I don't even want to think of what would've been displayed if I had chat set to "Display All" (default being "Top Chat"; not sure how it even computes that, though).
