  1. As the day went on, I concluded that just maybe they decided to exercise using their new Flight Terminating System, to make sure it did work. Instead of letting both things go on their ways and splashing down. But yea, I see no reason why SpaceX wouldn't divulge that they've done that... so probably not the case. Still though, knowing their FTS did indeed work this time, would be quite handy, which is why I still wonder if just maybe that's what happened. 🤷‍♂️
